Coffee is a key part of the day for millions of people. We drink coffee to start the day right, we drink it with friends and we drink it when we need five minutes of peace. Italy is known, among other food products, for its coffee. Precisely in Turin we can find several traditional family-run roasteries that have been transforming this product for centuries. However, before being roasted, coffee is grown, processed and dried in tropical countries and is one of the products with the longest value chain.
