You will meet the Chef directly in your Villa. He will bring all the equipment and ingredients to prepare the perfect Piedmontese menu. The dishes, all from traditional Piedmontese recipes, will be prepared from scratch with the guidance of the Chef. Then they will all be tasted together in a convivial lunch/dinner, including pairing with local wines.
